Th'dokName Pronounced: th dock Appearance: Tall and lanky, Th'dok stands 6'4" 170 lbs. He's got a scruffy looking head of dark brown hair that never seems to stay in place no matter how often he combs it. A long, thin nose and rather thin lips, he's not exactly handsome but he's not ugly either. He exudes a certain charm that is noticeable in his ready, rather cocky grin. Personality: Fun loving, easy going, Th'dok is and always has been a laid back sort of guy. He has an intensity in that laid back attitude that exudes a charisma which is hard to ignore. He's not found anyone to attach himself too, but that's all about to change when he Impresses. As a trader, Th'dok was able to sell just about anything to just about anyone if he set his mind to it. The trouble was, he rarely tried to push his *gift* as his father put it. It wasn't any real gift, just being friendly and Th'dok is very friendly in a self-serving sort of way. That's not to say he doesn't care about others, he does, he just doesn't want to seem to overly care. He wears his feelings very deeply, for only a chosen few to ever see. History: Born in the north, Thedokter was the first son of his father and made him extremely proud. He looks like his father in all but his height. His father was a short man at only 5'5", his mother's side of the family has the tallness, with her standing 5'10" and her father 6'6". As his siblings came along turn after turn, he grew up happy in the trading band. His father was a trinket trader whose wagons were filled with all sorts of odds and ends. It was a wonderful life for Th'dok and when he was searched just a 1/2 turn ago he decided just to try it out for the fun of it all, the unqiueness. He knew he was on the old side for this Candidate stuff and didn't plan on Impressing, so what a surprise when it happened. Information about Th'dok's dragon Dragon Name: Harkneth Colour: Brown Age: 0 Wing (Weyrling Group): None Appearance: The dragon that will emerge from the Claws of Fire egg does so shrouded in black. A black dragon? Never! He’s just drenched from his egg goo and that makes this very dark brown dragon seem almost black. After drying his hide will lighten considerably, well…sort of. He’ll never be a light brown or even a medium brown, but forever termed dark. He’s the color of a strongly brewed klah just shy of being burnt on the cookstove. He’s not that dark all over which is probably a good thing. As he uncurls himself from his shell Harkneth reveals a lighter bole brown color about his muzzle etched back on his head until just past his eyes. That same reddish-brown color will mark him in thin swaths across his fore paws. He’s a handsome fellow that’s for sure. Personality: For being such a dark brown one might think his personality would match the coloring, but that’s far from true in Harkneth’s case. From the shell he’s incredibly charismatic and persuasive. He’s a right charmer, and will be charming all those around him from the get go. You can’t help but like this dragon. You really can’t. He’s simply put, amazingly likeable. Will he pander to others? Not at all. He carries his charisma about him like a second hide and it’s just there to captivate almost all who meet him. Does this mean he has special powers to entrance and such? Not at all. It just means you’ll want to like him. Of course not liking this dragon means you’ll try to set it in your mind that he’s an arrogant pup, and you wouldn’t be far off really. He has an arrogant streak and if he weren’t so sharding charismatic he’d be impossible to deal with.
