My'jirName Pronounced: My-jeer Appearance: Not a terribly handsome man, My'jir has a squarish face and strong features. His eyes are wide set and deep brown in color. He stands just a hair less then six feet in height but is broad shouldered and barrel chested giving him a weight of around 210 lbs. The hair is also brown and he is heavily muscled from his many years as a rider. Many small scars, both from dueling as a younger man and thread fall, cover his body. Personality: In his youth My'jir had a horrible temper and got into numerous arguments and duels. Age and experience have mellowed him considerably though. Still not an overly social fellow he is quietly efficient and devoted to those in his command. History: Born in Ista hold as the son of a simple ship wright the young boy was eventually searched in his twelfth turn. He stood for six hatchings at Ista before finally Impressing bronze Tohbryth on the seventh try. They both proved their high level of talent in weyrling training and seemed destined for great things. Information about My'jir's dragon Dragon Name: Tohbryth Colour: Bronze Age: 35 Wing (Weyrling Group): Thunder Flame Appearance: A medium sized though heavily muscled bronze. Tohbryth has several small thread scars, including a rather large one at the base of his tail. He looks rather bulky and somewhat less then nimble, much like his rider. The coloration is a bit faded with age but it is apparent to any who see him that he is still a formidable old dragon. Personality: Tohbryth is calm, at least by bronze standards and has matured into a clever old veteran. Even in his younger turns he could be trusted to usually think first and jump into battle second so he made a wonderful counter point to his more headstrong lifemate. Together they formed a very effective team. Now he is usually playing the father figure to younger dragons and spends any time not drilling or fighting thread in watching the world go by and waxing philosophic...at least by draconic standards. Weyr of Origin: Ista Abilites and weaknesses: Tohbryth has a very strong flame which he aims with skill. His endurance has suffered a bit since his younger days but he can still last a full fall easily and does well enough to stand a chance in most mating flights.
