Character type: Dragonrider
Appearance: M'alvion is imposing. He's relatively tall at a few inches over 6 feet, though not excessively so. He's solidly built and muscular. He's not violent, nor does he overtly portray himself that way, but he comes off commanding and self-confident just the same.
Personality: M'alvion grew up in the High Reaches culture that glorified bronzeriders, goldriders, and brownriders (in that order). He internalized the belief that anything else, and anyone who even vaguely took a second look at someone of their same sex, was less than. While he's never been violent, he doesn't hide the fact that he feels superior to most of those around him. He's smart enough to tone it down around superiors, but on his free time he'll be hard pressed to spend much time with blueriders of either sex, or male greeners.
History: M'al, born and raised at High Reaches, was the son of a bronzer, who was the son of a bronzer, who was son of a browner. Even his mother was a rider. A green rider, not a gold rider, but at least still a rider.
Information about M'alvion's dragon
Dragon Name: Shaitoth
Wing (Weyrling Group): Direflame
Appearance: Shaitoth is as darkly colored as a bronze can be. He's a hulking dragon, thickly built if not particularly long. His head is all sharp lines, rather than the more rounded appearance of many dragons. There is nothing beautiful, or even overly handsome about him. Instead he comes off more fierce and determined.
Personality: Shaitoth isn't the type to preen and show off. He knows his worth and doesn't need to rely on his looks for attention. While he's quite fond of greens and golds, and will seek out their attentions, he doesn't need fawning over to swell his head. Otherwise he's a bit of a loner, though he often enjoys people and dragon watching.
Weyr of Origin: High Reaches
Abilites and weaknesses: Shaitoth is almost all stamina and almost no speed or agility. He easily has the energy to survive through an entire fall, but relies heavily on the smaller dragons to save him from thread spores that he can't spin around fast enough to flame. He also only ever wins long green flights.
