Character type: Crafter
Personality: A quiet, yet silently strong elderly woman, Ladeena has a rich personality. She's an amazing woman that seems to have a story for every occasion. It's hard for awkward silences to build around Ladeena, she'll just start spouting off some tale or other that more often than not happens to be some memory from her past. She has an exacting nature when it comes to working. A sharp tongue can rear its ugly head out of nowhere if she suspects laziness, sloppiness or any behavior that brings about imperfect work. Be prepared to take a tongue lashing such as you never would suspect from an older woman such as herself.
History: Born North in a very small cothold, her parents, tailors brought up their entire brood of four girls to follow in their footsteps. They earned a name for themselves and many a trader put orders in for their clothing to sell along their routes. Every Turn the Bolada Traders would come through their small hold on their way to a larger Hold and a Gather, and Ladeena eventually looked forward to these Turnly visits and a particular trader's son. They eventually married and she left to travel with them, which she did for more Turns than she can remember. When the trader's band moved South she went with them. Her husband died from a natural ailment after a lengthy illness after which she decided to settle down at Arolos Weyr. Making a life for herself in the TailorCraft Weyrhall, Ladeena has decided to live out the remainder of her life in the Weyr. She had five children, all of which are grown.
