KariasCharacter type: Candidate Appearance: Karias has shoulder-cut dark brown hair, often pulled back in a horsetail. His skin is tanned a deep olivey-brown shade, and his eyes are a dark blue-gray. When he smiles, though rarely, he has dimples. Karias' build is tall, though not necessarily overly so; his build is stocky, his shoulders broad. In some ways, he's almost built like a Northern herdbeast. Personality: Karias is quiet most of the time, though he will add on if the conversation is intelligent enough for his liking. To hear the other dolphineer apprentices talk, Karias does stir up lots of trouble, though most of the time it's against those who cause trouble themselves. Karias has an intense side to his personality, and will often challenge any statement or tradition he thinks is unfair. He tends to prefer being alone, though he is loyal to a chosen few. He'd like friendship. But it's nice to just be needed for bully protection duty as well History: Karias was born at the Dolphinhall. He grew up in and around that area, often even helping out as a sort of "unofficial" apprentice. The second he was old enough, he apprenticed to the Dolphinhall properly. His father was a Fisherman, but his mother a Dolphineer; his father retired to the Dolphinhall when he was injured, and thus, Karias grew up with a love of all things water related. When he was Searched... That was the hardest decision he ever made, leaving to go to the Weyr. Information about Karias's pets Pet Name: Squeaky Pet Type: Dolphin Appearance: Squeaky is a sleek- silky gray color. His underside, however, is lighter. Personality: Squeaky is very playful.
