K'halCharacter type: Dragonrider Appearance: K'hal is of average height, about 5'10 with wide shoulders, a broad chest and thick thighs. Heavily muscled, with a thick neck, he is a formidable and intimidating looking man. Steely hazel eyes stand out from a stern face, lined with thick black lashes. Forbidding brows slash over his eyes, usually set low on his forehead from either deep thought or more usually, displeasure and disgruntlement. Personality: K'hal meets the Fort Weyr stereotype quite well. Arrogant to the extreme, cold, composed and dangerous when angered. Overbearing towards those of lesser rank and deferential of those above him, he takes great pride in his own position. He is unbending, unrelenting and unapologetic about his attitude, uncaring if he offends, though if someone offends him, he never forgets nor does he forgive. Things are done his way, by his rules, or not at all. History: Karhal was born on the 1st Day of the 12th month, and raised in Fort Weyr, the son of a bronze rider's lustful rape of a drudge. The drudge died in childbirth and the small infant was immediately taken to the creche. Karhal's father was very instrumental in his upbringing, the stern bronze rider taking control with an iron fist of everything and anything his son learned. Much disliked by many of his fellow weyrbrats, Karhal's father allowed him to spend much of his time with him and other bronze riders which resulted in Karhal picking up and implementing the behaviors he saw, much to his father's pride. Information about K'hal's dragon Dragon Name: Malcoth Colour: Brown Age: 22 Wing (Weyrling Group): Unforgettables (Adoptables Wing) Appearance: Malcoth is a stunning brown in his prime, his hide irredescent with health and vigor. A burnished klah shade with a much lighter belly, his hide is marred by a single threadscore along his side, the mark nearly white against the darker color. Large for a brown, but with perfect conformation, he is thickly muscled but is able to remain graceful despite it. Personality: Like rider, like dragon. While not carrying as much arrogance as a bronze, Malcoth is composed, cool and always maintains his propriety, showing little emotion until a mating flight. Then he becomes a seductive suitor, using his appearance and size to his advantage. Weyr of Origin: Fort Abilites and weaknesses: Malcoth has a great deal of stamina, his muscles lending him more than usual for his color. However, his weight tends to make him a rather solid flyer, and not greatly manuverable.
