G'narName Pronounced: goon-are Appearance: This strapping young man has yet to hit real puberty and come into his own. As a consequence of that, he is still only 5'5", though his frame suggests he definitely has some growing to do. Gunnar weighs about 160 lbs and is steadily putting on more weight through hard work and sweat. His body is already showing signs of musculature though they are slight upon his lean frame. His legs will always be more powerful than his arms, though his arms can pull their weight. Though young, he's done his share of work. His hands prove that-showing callouses, scrapes, cuts, and long healed scars. Personality: A quiet, unassuming fellow, Gunnar is a pragmatic urchin that doesn't talk much. He isn't very trusting, so that must be built. He deals best with patient people. If he's screamed at, he'll simply close up. Silent or soft encouragement is the way to go with him. He doesn't care about praise. He simply likes to be finished with things, going from one thing to another. History: Born into the world of the underprivileged at Keroon Hold, Gunnar quickly understood what he was able to do and not to do. To eat, he had to work. Raised with the rest of the Hold's castoffs, he started laboring as soon as he was old enough. His mother was a drudge named Colina who had him and didn't look back. She was simpleminded and giggled alot. The Hold's Aunties said she would spread her legs for anyone. Gunnar didn't meet her, but he certainly was told enough bad things about her not to want to. Information about G'nar's dragon Dragon Name: Wrattieth Colour: Brown Age: 9 Wing (Weyrling Group): Unforgettables (Adoptables Wing) Appearance: Hatched-8.16.3.19 Personality: From the start, Wrattieth had a great affinity for the water. He didn't get to see more than a trough full on hatching day, but he climbed right into the trough for a look see and wouldn't get out. He's at home in the water and will do all he can to spend as much time as possible near the water. His desire to be with the water will have his lifemate scrambling to find a weyr nearest the lake for him, and will often find him there near the water when he's missing from his ledge. If he could have a water weyr you can bet he would enjoy it to no end. When he's really young he'll want to go on the lake boats and he'll fit, but as he grows he'll need to go to the sea to fit on ships, and eventually he'll be hardpressed to fit on any boat too easily and yet he'll have an affection for boats right along with his affection for water that will never leave him. Wrattieth is a kindhearted, gentle soul and he has such a friendly, easygoing nature it will be hard to not like him. He'll be a staunch friend to any that approaches him so long as they aren't sneaky and mean. This brown will have no trouble reprimanding others about him, but in a kind way. He has a more refined nature really, and he won't like having to reprimand anyone. He'll often say it hurts him more than the one he's reprimanding. Wanting to help out and do the right thing always, Wrattieth will excel in lessons and later on in his wing. He might never be a brown who wants to lead. However, he might find himself in a leadership position because others will want him to be there and they like him so much. Weyr of Origin: Arolos Abilites and weaknesses: Wrattieth will be able to fly without problems in rain, having no fear of the water whatsoever.
