Character type: Dragonrider
Appearance: Evalanora is a mid-sized woman, weighing in at about 135 lbs. She is 5'6" and has a love for boots, adding about another inch to her height. Her dark brown hair is almost black, but has bright gold and blond highlights when the sun hits it just right. Her permanently tan face is just gaining very becoming laughlines from the sun and wind of the Pernese skies. Her eyes match her hair in that they are dark brown. They are the color of strong, black klah, and never change shades, making her rather hard to read. She has a strong, healthy body, as all _good_ dragonriders do, and is very womanly. Her curves are generous, but she doesn't choose to let them show, hiding them so that her personality is admired first. She is usually found in loose tunics and trousers, and on her more feminine days, a long, flowing skirt. She wears all colors, and enjoys them all. She usually dresses to fit her moods however, so beware when she's wearing red or black.
Personality: Evalanora prefers to be called Eva, pronounced Ay-va. It's easier to remember for most, who call her Evanora or some strange thing like that otherwise. She likes people to be straightforward, but can usually untangle the twisted minds of those she comes in contact with. She tries really hard to be fair to all, and not give in to what others demand from her, though sometimes thats difficult. She likes nothing more than to please people, but sometimes that goes against whats right, and that causes her grief. She can be blunt, but tries to buffer her comments as much as possible, and occasionally delves in the mysteries of womanly games. She just can't resist sometimes! Oh you know those games, the flirting, the blushing, the seducing, the cattyness. Things women are usually wont to do. She's very expert that them, I might add.
History: Eva was born at Fort Hold, the middle child of a Healer Apprentice and a female drudge. Neither wanted to claim her, so she basically only slept with them. She never called them anything other than their first names, and would never claim them as parents, for they weren't. She was teased and tormented unmercifully by her older and younger brothers. She to this day will not name her family members, preffering to leave them a mystery. In all truthfullness, she just wouldn't want to have herself connected to such awful people. So, she ran wild around the Hold, playing tricks and games. When she was 12, she calmed down a little, realizing that the fun was not worth all the trouble she got herself into. Finally allowed to attend a Gather, as she was too troublesome before, a blue dragon noticed her. She was Searched there at the ripe old age of 13. She stayed at Fort Weyr for four years, and Impressed her lovely Green at the completely naive age of 17.
Information about Evalanora's dragon
Dragon Name: Omalth
Wing (Weyrling Group): Wind-dance Fury
Appearance: Omalth is average and unnoticeable. She can come and go, and not leave any kind of lasting impression upon your mind. She's a normal green color, her hide nothing compared to the flashy, bright hides of the other greens. It's just a middle-color. Her length is right in the middle, as is her width and height. She's attractive enough, just what you'd call a classic. Alone, she's quite a sight, but next to a bunch of the flashy greens the Weyrs are full of thesedays, she's the kind you'd skip right over and never notice.
Personality: Her personality is quite unlike her appearance. She is protective of her rider, and is always tuned in, except when asleep, to everything happening involving Eva. With her sharp tongue, soft heart, and quick wit, she definitely leaves a lasting impression, where her looks do not. Besides, if she thinks you're worthy of learning about her, she's not likely to let you forget her anytime soon. She prefers to pick and choose to those she comes in contact with, but sometimes sacrifices the choice to please her rider. The green would do anything to please her.
Weyr of Origin: Fort
Abilites and weaknesses: Omalth isn't all that acrobatic, compared to what greens have been known to do, but she always has enough energy and stamina for what Pern throws at her. Also, she can get quite snippy at times, landing her in trouble.
