E'belCharacter type: Dragonrider Appearance: Thread-fighting has left E'bel with nothing worse than a slight limp from a bad score across his leg, and a few scars. He doesn't mind them much - scars happen, and anyway, fun can occasionally be had with a younger girl or boy in his bed, "showing them his scars". Personality: E'bel has that luxury of an older rider - watching things that have happened before and will happen again, and know that the cycle will never change. People will always come to Fort, and they'll always be shocked at first - because a Weyr's discipline *is* a bit of a shock when you're used to something different. And they'll always try to change it, and they'll never actually *ask* how many people *don't* want it changed. History: E'bel grew up in the Weyr, and was quite content there. Contentness turned to joy when he was Searched and Impressed Abgrath. Information about E'bel's dragon Dragon Name: Abgrath Colour: Blue Age: 38 Wing (Weyrling Group): Appearance: A long scar traces along one of Abgrath's shoulders, a memento of not moving quickly enough one Fall. It's a silvery sort of colour against the dark blue hide, and most of them time the dragon forgets about it, except when it itches. Personality: Abgrath is a creature of habit, and he will not have that habit disturbed. When he is washed, it must always be starting at the tail and working forwards. When he hunts, he must always catch it in his mouth and take it to the same corner of the Hunting Grounds to eat. Straps must always be put on in exactly the same order. There's no neccesity for any of his little routines, but they're *his* routines, and if he doesn't get to follow them there'll be sulks if not tantrums. E'bel prefers to avoid that so most work is made just a little longer by sticking to the order which the dragon dictates.
