At'suaName Pronounced: AT-sew-uh Appearance: At'sua stands 6 foot-4 with broad shoulders and chest, a sheer powerhouse of muscles which're appropriate for dragonriders. His hands are rough, covered in callouses since he spent Turns in the minercraft. He spent his time indoors focused on mining, so his skin's pale with it being wiser if he stayed inside but he prefers the outdoors too much to admit defeat against a huge glowing ball. So often he's sunburned a pinkish coloration. Personality: Where most are less open toward strangers it's the opposite for At'sua who's enjoying a powertrip at the moment. He's good looking, able-bodied and knows it. Anyone unrelated sees a more charismatic, proud individual whereas he's not the easiest person having around if you're a blood relative. Even his commonplace bragging's in two different manners: condescending toward his family -- even as he encourages loftier ideals -- and good natured around everyone else. His sense of duty's for his family alone and in return he has higher expectations for them, too high. Out of respect he follows the leadership blindly, at least where anyone can see it. He won't openly question orders unless it can be done without undermining his leaders but there aren't many without rank who'd gain his loyalty. Too adventurous for settling down, either in one place or in a relationship, he enjoys being active or exercising somewhere in the Weyr. History: Since seacraft work never allowed his father much family-time, Atosua was around the female family members mostly when growing up. But, as Ranato's only son, some high expectations were put upon Atosua. Chores were organized where each child's responsibility wouldn't pass onto the next unless the eldest apprenticed or got married. As youngest, with no siblings to watch over, the major tasks didn't fall upon him until he was 9, when his youngest sister was Searched. Information about At'sua's pets Pet Name: Lover Pet Type: Blue Firelizard Appearance: A soft, cornflower blue came from the bright egg purchased from the Callamere Stall. His coloration seems almost timid, hesitate about showing true luster and even the sky'd swallow his presence. A person would need their face right near Lover to even see the sky blue speckles on his wings. While not the most colorful, Lover does number among the largest of his color. There are powerful muscle carved across his figure that make him a rather broad featured creature. His wingspan is at the very limits for his color. Both long and wide they keeps him from maneuvering so easily, nor can he speed around. Instead his forte's pure stamina. Personality: Lover's a sweetheart whom is attentive and coos/trills complacently to anyone within range. Female, person, dragon? It won't matter as he can't resist voicing some sound. He'll chatter energetically at other firelizard and not care about whether they answer. So long as there's some sounding board he can vocalize to he's happy. Information about At'sua's dragon Dragon Name: Jeroveth (jehr-OV-eth) Colour: Brown Age: 5 Turns Wing (Weyrling Group): Unforgettables (Adoptables Wing) Appearance: Jeroveth's more bone and fewer muscles, so being 33 feet -- almost medium-large, has given him a lanky stature. Since hatching from his steel and smoke egg he's always been overly sleek and there's no signs such'll change anytime soon. No matter what he eats he never gains or loses weight making his wingsails alone seem the appropriate size in comparison. But, his copper-brown hide, or lighter brown feet, fits smooth indicating he's exactly as he should be. Personality: There's no doubt once Jeroveth's seen darting careless about in the air that he enjoys life, maybe too much so as he rarely slows to plan his course. He either forces his way about, or *between*s on command from his rider. His complete confidence that they can take on anything head on is absolute and unshakable even should they fail. Some sense's always telling him next time'd be different, not that he remembers that come next time so the cycle keeps continuing along. It keeps him content although he desires action to the point where he'd chase every green and/or gold crossing his sights. At'sua's gender preference has no bearing on Jeroveth as he woos with enthusiastic maneuvers and words, speaking like he must've had some harper training. Weyr of Origin: Igen Abilites and weaknesses: There aren't many flaws in his physical nature. He's agile with average stamina and speed, but he's oblivious about the aircurrents, merely forces himself through and wears himself out quicker.
