At her hold Shimra was basically a drudge. She was raped by the resident healer at age 11, which is why she was on the verge of insanity, and until she got to the weyr, she barely ever spoke, and hardly ate.

Appearance: He's a large dragon - large seems to be a recurring theme in this Clutch. He's not just tall but broad and can occasionally look rather frightening without ever realising it or meaning to. *He* thinks he looks cute when he bares his teeth that way. His hide is the blue of a deep tropical ocean, with a strange grey color that shines out around his eyes, the edges of his wings, and the tip of his tail.
