Name Pronounced: Selia
Appearance: Selia has ragged, flaxen-blond locks that cascade gently over slim shoulders and caress her fair-skinned face, only rarely obscuring the vision of her cheerful, crystal-blue eyes...lips forever holding a hint of a smile to them. She's slender - one might describe her as 'willowy' - and she looks quite breakable; however, she's actually very agile, and can take quite a few blows. She runs in her spare time, and that gives her a lanky form and just enough muscle that she could maybe hold her own in a fight. Long, delicate fingers and small feet complete the look.
Personality: There's always warmth in Selia's eyes and patience in her tone, confidence in the way she moves and tenderness in her face. Perhaps this is why she makes a good healer - she's extremely adept at making people feel at-ease around her and guiding them to relaxation with only a couple touches and a few soft words...but there's something seductive about the young Journeywoman, as well. She's a little bit flirtatious... but by Faranth, it's not as though she means to be!
History: Selia's mother was a healer. Her father was a healer. It was in her blood to be a healer...and all her life she was raised to be one. An only child, her parents were terrified that, like some children born into a craft, she would refuse it violently, and might run off like many children did, to become a 'dragonrider' - which is perhaps why they didn't really explain to her too much the rituals of Searches and kept her hidden away the couple times that Searchdragons came to their hold. Luckily for them, she took to healing like a dragon to Threadfall, and the possibility of being a dragonrider never crossed her mind.
Information about Selia's pets
Pet Name: Tink
Pet Type: Green Firelizard
Appearance: Tink is a minty green color, with wings that are a darker jade tone and touches of emerald around her claws and lining her snout and eye-ridges. She's slender, with lanky limbs and a long, snaky tail.
Personality: Tink is very watchful - her eyes forever wide. She knows when to be quiet, and somehow, she seems to know when people need to hear the happy chittering of a firelizard, too. She's not too demanding - Selia has a job to do, after all - but she does adore Selia, and gets very irritable if she thinks that her healer is being mistreated at all!
