SadriaName Pronounced: say-dree-ah Appearance: Sadria has medium length blonde hair- it hangs just over her shoulders, and it has a tendency to hang into her bluish grey eyes. Her facial features are soft and delicate. She's fairly tall for a girl, about 5'8", and her body's rather willowy. She lost a lot of weight several Turns past during a famine and just never quite gained it back. She has broad shoulders and hips, and while she sports some semblance of curves about her hips, her chest is smaller than average. Her hands and feet are also quite small. Her skin has, after a few Turns in the South, tanned to some degree, but she still blushes and sunburns easily. She isn't beautiful by any stretch, but has a sort of soft and shy prettiness about her. Personality: Sadria isn't quite as shy as she once was, but when she walks into a room she generally does so very quietly and tries to remain unnoticed. It's not that she doesn't want to interact with others- she just has trouble doing so comfortably. She can at times be very emotional, but generally tries to keep her feelings to herself. History: Sadria's parents were poor, and with eight other children, they had little time for her. She lived at Verd Hold with them and her siblings. The family dynamic was more of an 'every man for himself' situation than anything- the children often fought over the best food and the best spots to sleep. Though never abused, Sadria grew up lacking the familial support and social interaction that any child craves. Her naturally sensitive nature made her withdrawn and reclusive as a child, a pattern of behavior that only changed after she was Searched. Information about Sadria's pets Pet Name: Skye Pet Type: blue flit Appearance: A very light blue color, but not particularly vibrant. His feet, muzzle, wingtips, tail and forlegs are darker, and look like they were dipped in paint. Hatched from a green's egg up North where flit eggs are rare, Skye is very small. Personality: Skye has something of a grating personality. He's intensely curious and has little regard for the personal space of others, as well as an incurable desire to steal shiny objects. Second Pet Name: Jac Pet Type: Blue Wher Appearance: Jac is a deep, even, midnight blue. He's larger than a Callamere wher but nowhere near as large as a fully wild wher; since he came from a trader (not Callamere) his parentage is unknown. Personality: Jac is like most whers- protective of the people he views as belonging to him. He's only aggressive if he thinks that Sadria is in danger, but his conception of what constitutes danger might be a little different than hers. When he's alone with people he knows he can be very affectionate, but in public he tends to go into guarding mode. Information about Sadria's dragon Dragon Name: Cheth Colour: Green Age: 3 Turns Wing (Weyrling Group): Direflame Appearance: In shade, Cheth is a deep dark forest green - a colour that's full of shady afternoons under a tree. Her head is a little large - possibly it had to be in order to fit all that extra imagination in there! The skin around her claws is, for some reason, dryer and needs more oil than the rest of her. She's not one of those tiny, petite little greens, either. She's all muscle and very athletically built. Personality: If anyone ever said that dragons can't have imaginations, this little green was hatched just to prove them wrong. Once she's had time to learn a little about the world she'll find that everyday, humdrum life doesn't hold half enough excitement for her tastes: she wants melodrama, and she wants it *now*! Weyr of Origin: Arolos Abilites and weaknesses: Cheth's need for excitement may very well make her a liability in Fall, and her dramatic nature will blow any injury she receives out of proportion. On the up side, her athletic build and strength will make her a good fighting dragon.
