Character type: Dragonrider
Appearance: Nalkav is a tall, muscular young man, honed to physical maturity by many years of farming beside his father. When he does not speak he seems older than his 19 turns. He is full grown, and no adolescent clumsyness remains. He has sandy brown hair, lightened by years in the sun. His skin is perpetually tanned, a deep wind burnished brown. In the winter months, the tan fades to a lighter brown with dark freckles. His eyes are a brown so dark they appear black under the softer light of glows. They display his emotions clearly, even when he has schooled his features to show nothing. Nalkav is quite handsome, but too insecure to flaunt his looks, even if he was aware of them.
Personality: Nalkav is shy, and a little stubborn. He grew up very isolated from children his own age. His "friends" are all many turns older than him, and his father's policy was that children were better served to listen than speak. This has ingrained Nalkav with a tendancy to watch and learn everything, from how to act to the proper way to use a tool. He doggedly pursues any task
History: Nalkav is the only son of Korben, a minor cotholder who provides angricultural goods to Arolos Hold. The holding was an isolated one, and hard work to harvest anything from. Korben was a proud, independant man, and preferred his own meager cotholding to a more comfortable
