MyriName Pronounced: Meer-ee Appearance: Myri is a striking girl, for more than just her size. With her slim, boyish shape and height of 5'3, from a distance she is often mistaken for a child. She is well toned though, from a life spent battling currents. Her skin is a smooth, even golden tan from head to toe, with freckles sprinkling her shoulders. Her face is round, with slightly wide set, slanting eyes. Her nose is short and thin, an exact replica of her brother's. Her mouth is small, with a delicate, bowed upper lip. Her black hair, wavier than Nerric's, is cut short out of necessity. Personality: Myri is the youngest of five children, but also possibly the strongest. Her three oldest siblings are completely obedient to their father's will, little more than lackeys to his orders, and Nerric is too impulsive and rash. Myri is clear-headed, and self reliant. She assumes her own responsibilities, and does things her own way. Oh sure, she followed the family career of being a dolphincrafter, but it was because she liked dolphins, not because her father told her to. She's always been one to reason through things before making decisions, so important things can sometimes take her sevendays to decide upon. History: Myri was born the youngest child in a family dolphin crafters. From a young age she enjoyed the water, and the dolphins. She spent almost as much time in the water as Nerric did out of it. Even before she was old enough to apprentice, she knew what she wanted to do. Instead of celebrating her eleventh turn day, Myri took the water with the pod as an official apprentice. Myri is a candidate. Her colour preference is Gold, Green, Blue Read: Yes All references to worlds and characters based on Anne McCaffrey's fiction are copyright© Anne McCaffrey 1967,2005, all rights reserved, and used by permission of the author.
