LinthorCharacter type: Healer Appearance: A most striking man, Linthor has shoulder length, semi-wavy, chestnut brown hair shot through with a sprinkling of silver gray. He wears his hair parted down the middle and while its mostly kept neat it also has a somewhat scruffy looking appearance. Personality: This healer is a man with a such authority it is hard to believe he's not the Masterhealer at the Harpercraft Hall- not that he doesn't have ambition in that direction you just never know with Linthor. He has a devious mind, and you always see the wheels turning. You can't look at him without knowing there is more than meets the eye with him. He's pleasant enough when it suits his purpose and quite often it does. He can laugh with the best of them but does that negate his hidden agendas? Never. He doesn't mind that you are suspicious of him, not at all. He actually kind of likes it. He likes the feeling of power it gives him. History: Linthor was raised in a very strict family, his father a man of intense ambition and it was that intense ambition he passed on to his only son. Unfortunately, or fortunately depends on whose take on things you want to consider, Linthor's father never amounted to anything at all. Oh, he had his ideas he needs and desires. He had all the will, but none of the opportunity to make anything of himself. Now, Linthor on the other hand detested the very existence of his father by the time he was ten turns old. He demanded to be sent to the Harpercraft Hall, the Healer's branch to learn medicine. He had great ideas and he was going to make good on them, even if his father never made good on his own. There was something in his son's eyes that told Linthor's father that he'd better not deny him his wish. With that knowledge, Linthor was packed off to the Healer's Hall the very next seven day and made the long journey there with a traveling harper headed that way. There was no thread to worry about then, the current pass having not begun. The two, young Linthor and the older twenty some turn old, were underway. The journey was eventful for several reasons, but the most important one being, by the end of it, the journeyman had simple decided that this young man was going to be something someday and he wanted to be on his side when it happened. Of course they parted at the time and Linthor less captivated by the journeyman went on happily to start his new life.
