L'ringName Pronounced: luh-ring Appearance: Already 5'7" tall, Lyringran will probably gain another four to five inches before he stops growing. He always eats more, and his belly gets bigger, just before a growth spurt. His skin is a deep bronze color that only gets darker the more time he spends in the sun. His dark brown hair is almost black, cut short in the back but long in the front, which means it tends to dangle to cover his pale brown eyes. His attire tends to be tidy as if to make up for the difficulty of keeping it fitting. He prefers forest green and dark browns. He has a small scar on the web of his left hand thumb from the splattering oil at a cooking fire. Personality: A tidy and well-mannered boy, he is very physical in his affection, likely to lift his friends off their feet or envelop them in a bear hug when they least expect it. While a good listener, he is more likely to try and wheedle a laugh out of his loved ones no matter the cause of their upset. Lyringran is also a bit of a prankster. Regardless of expectations, he will always try to talk himself out of work and sway another into giving him a bit of a hand. Much to his parent's surprise, if he fails and still has to do the work, he will always go to it with a smile on his face and whistle on his lips. Life is a game to him, and when something goes wrong, it is only a temporary set back. It will always turn around to fun again. History: Lyringran is the third child born to a pair of cotholders near Telgar Weyr. His older brother already apprenticed out to the farmcraft, Lyr tried his best to help his father in the fields. His apptitude seemed to lay with woodworking, and he proved his greatest worth by making toys for his little sister to play with or repairing the handles on his father's tools. Information about L'ring's dragon Dragon Name: Nomoth Colour: Bronze Age: 0 Wing (Weyrling Group): Weyrling Wing (Under 16) Appearance: Bronzes are supposed to be big, right? Not Nomoth, he's destined to be on the small end for bronzes, at least height and length wise. Bulk wise he will more than make up for his lack of sheer size. He will be built more like a wher than a dragon with his thick legs, barrelled chest, and short, thick tail. Personality: For a bronze Nomoth will be unusually wise and not so hot-headed. He will be the type that other dragons come to for information and dispense it without seeming arrogant. Healing will draw him and he will be most happy if he finds a rider with even a passing interest in healing, or at least one that will be willing to learn more in their free time to humor the bronze. Weyr of Origin: Arolos Abilites and weaknesses: Built as he is, Nomoth will be one of the slowest flying and turning dragons in the sky, but he will excel in the stamina department, able to outfly most bronzes.
