ImogenName Pronounced: Ee-mo-jen Appearance: Imogen is a beautiful girl, and shares a common natural attractiveness with Lyrra. Her coloring is a bit more drastic than her cousin's, though. She is pale skinned with no visible blemishes and dark haired, the result of good genes rather than constant preening. Her eyes are a rich brown, very deep, and almond shaped with very little eyelid when opened. The result is fairly exotic amongst the general Pern population, but by no means rare. Personality: In one word: shy. Shy and all that goes with that shyness. Imogen is definitely not the flirty green sort, though many might argue she's not be suited to any other color. In reality, the presence of a stronger dragon mind would jump-start the courage that she keeps dormant. She was raised by her caring but strict father who was none too keen on Forest Edge boys following her around. She's not adept at all at meeting a person's eyes in conversation let alone trying to seduce them. With exposure to the stronger personalities in the Weyr she is rapidly blossoming, however, and remains a refreshingly sweet personality amongst her fellow candidates. Imogen will surprise anyone with an burst of defiance or deep questioning. Questions that other people might not have though to ask of themselves but are as obvious to her as "What color is the sky?" History: Imogen was born almost two months after her cousin at Forest Edge Hold to Imra and Vargen. Imra’s sister Tamra was there for her when her health failed post-delivery, leaving her dead with a living daughter. Vargen immediately took over, rearing his only child as he hoped his deceased mate would like her to be. She was taught how to sew, embroider, cook, and be the best daughter she could be.
