Character type: Dragonrider
Appearance: Ed’yas isn’t a man to really stand out in a crowd. Neither too tall nor too short, he’s of average height for any Pernese, standing at a mere 5’9. He isn’t bulked with muscle as many of his peers; the years of tossing firestone bags and flying on his bronze has instead lent him with lithe, lean strength that remains hidden beneath the clothing he wears. One would almost think he is wiry and thin, but behind his garb lies finely chiseled muscle.
Personality: Ed’yas is all business. Very firm, very abrupt, very little tact, especially when it deals with dragonriding and all the duties involved therein. His humor is dry and droll, with the tendancy to be cutting at times and the man is bluntly honest. He doesn't side step the truth.
History: Edonyas was born in Ista Weyr to a very proud lineage. Every male (and some women) in his family down a long line had impressed, and he was raised to respect and honor that heritage. While most would consider this surprising, Edonyas’ family was not widespread, most only having one child to pass down the legacy to. His family recognized that there was other more important things to do than breed.
Information about Ed'yas's dragon
Dragon Name: Mhantath
Wing (Weyrling Group): Firedance
Appearance: Mhantath is a very light bronze of average size, his color darker and richer around his joints and lighter along his underbelly. This is a dragon that is in his prime, firmly and lithely muscled, and with excellent form, despite the aged and barely visible scores along his neck and shoulders.
Personality: Mhantath is all bronze. Confidence is his middle name. He’s a leader and he knows it! He can do more than any other dragon, fly faster, higher, flame more. (Or so he thinks) There is nothing that he believes he cannot do. His jovial intensity and confidence is infectious and he’s one of those bronzes that can inspire a wing to do more, to fight harder, to push the boundaries of limitation.
Weyr of Origin: Ista
Abilites and weaknesses: Mhantath has staying power. Lots of staying power.
