A'denCharacter type: Dragonrider Appearance: Aiden isn't the best looking candidate, but he's attractive to some. He's got straight brown hair that he keeps short because of the heat, and brown eyes. He's toned some, but will seem weak next to some of the other guys. He could never be called fat, for he's all skin, bones, and the slight muscles that he has. There's nothing that really stands out about him, but he's definately not ugly. He has the potential to become quite a handsome man in the future. Personality: Aiden is a romantic. Besides doing what he has to, he'll do almost anything to find just the right girl. You won't find this candidate having one night stands. He's a sweet guy, that would never even think of hitting a girl, let alone breaking her heart. Sure he'll flirt a lot, but he doesn't take it seriously and expects others to do the same. His sense of humor isn't the best, but he knows how to have fun and have a good laugh. History: Aiden was born at Ista Hold. Soon after birth however, his family was transfered to the weyr, as his father had been searched. His father ended up impressing a blue, so Aiden was raised at the weyr. His mother continued her craft as a harper, and did most of the raising of Aiden, as Aiden's father was kept busy with drills most of the time. Aiden had never really thought of being a candidate, and so instead went into dragonhealing as an apprentice, which was what he liked to do. However, while at one of the Ista gathers, Aiden had the suprise of being searched by an Arolos rider. His parents urged him to go, his father proud that his son had been searched like him. Aiden went to Arolos to stand for the upcoming clutch Information about A'den's dragon Dragon Name: Chescath Colour: Bronze Age: 18 month Wing (Weyrling Group): Weyrling Wing (Under 16) Appearance: The Artful Misdirection Egg: Thick, glimmering folds bask contentedly upon a warm sandy plate whether anyone's watching or not. It's more likely that the egg is pleased about resting exactly at the middle of the clutch and, if asked, perhaps most would notice a sensation like the egg should be preening gleefully. A playfulness is already obvious as it teasingly sloshes the pale cream shell into gentle waves, the apparently rippling liquid highlighted by faintly creeping shadows. Each wave-made path reaches and laps along thin blackened shores that jaggedly weave around, connecting and crossing almost drunkenly until it's impossible to tell which arrow belongs to which line. Not until having thoroughly confused any observer does the blackness ends as broad sweeping arrow points. Despite the grand display, the arrows appear to lead nowhere, or perhaps everywhere. A person could look forever and merely continue finding nothing. There's no intriguing explanation or anything else about what the egg might be pointing toward. Personality: In time he'll find his own niche to exploit with clever words and riddles. His talent could leave others guessing on into oblivion until the answers are obvious. Typically everything that he twists into speech has simple answers that'd leave any victim entirely frustrated about not figuring out. That aggravation doesn't affect the bronze, only a relaxed confidence is openly displayed and any subject brought before him receives equal attention. Instead he refuses to admit that he knows less than everything about Pern life, which will make weyrlinghood a challenge for he'll have his own preconceived notion about how things are done. But any discussion that entirely stumps him will probably go unanswered save for a subject change.
